Since 1985, ThoughtSpeed™ has concentrated exclusively on helping companies streamline their supply chains to achieve lower costs, higher profits and satisfied customers. We work directly with our customers to bring value through research and development, training, implementation and ongoing support.                                                                                                                     

What We Do
ThoughtSpeed™ specializes in providing supply chain integration solutions, specifically in Order Management (OMS) and Consignment Management (CM), with the goal of providing our customers with significant cost reductions, process efficiencies and revenue potential through collaborative ecommerce.

Management Team

Ken Will

 

Founder, principal shareholder and CEO, incorporated ThoughtSpeed™ in 1985. Former principal and shareholder of Kitimat Systems Inc. Ken developed Kitimat Systems Inc. into a multi-million dollar transportation management software business before selling the operation to HK Systems (Milwaukee). Ken plays a lead role as technology visionary for the development of ThoughtSpeed™'s solutions and is instrumental in developing the business model, market strategy and key partnerships.

 

Jim McCloskey

 

President of ThoughtSpeed™ eCommerce, with direct responsibility for the solution development lifecycle, sales and marketing, customer support and the development and execution of the ThoughtSpeed™ strategy and business plan.  Prior to joining ThoughtSpeed™, Jim was the Country Manager for Sybase Canada, responsible for sales, service and support nationally.   He has held general management and business development roles in Europe and North America and has worked as a management consultant with telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare, computer software, retail businesses and public sector organizations.

 

Mike Neary

 

Vice President, Business Development at ThoughtSpeed eCommerce, with responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Alliances. From 2002 to 2007, he was a founder and executive at pVelocity Inc., a developer of Profit based Business Intelligence Solutions for Global Manufacturing Companies. From 1991 to 2001, Mr. Neary was VP Sales and a Partner at Kitimat Systems Inc. a leading developer of Transportation Management Software in North America. In 1999, Kitimat Systems was purchased by Milwaukee based HK Systems. Mr. Neary has a Bachelor's of Economics from the University of British Columbia, and an MBA from the University of Cape Town.

 

Lorne Roberts

 

Vice President, Operations for ThoughtSpeed™ eCommerce and is President of Online Office Supplies Ltd.  Lorne plays a key role in sales, business development and customer care in ThoughtSpeed™.  He is also responsible for sales, business development and operations for Online Office Supplies.  Lorne held a number of Engineering Management positions for a manufacturer/supplier of safety products prior to founding MFS, his own successful design & build construction business in Southern Ontario, which he sold prior to joining ThoughtSpeed™.

 

Alex Lukic

 

Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for product design, development, and delivery of ThoughtSpeed™'s software product portfolio. Former principal and shareholder of Kitimat Systems Inc.
