The web services client and
server provide a mechanism for creating a secure communication
channel between back end systems (financial, ERP, OMS, etc.) and
online services such as TS Link™. Web
services uses the xml protocol and SSL to provide a secure, reliable
channel for data transfer between applications.

This business to business integration application acts as a bi-directional translator and communication controller between applications, whether in xml, EDI or flat file documents. It automatically and continually monitors specified locations for an xml/EDI/Flat file (orders, inventory, customer information, product pricing, etc.), uploads and translates the file to a defined format (xml/EDI/Flat file) using configurable schema and then posts the file to a specified location, using a predefined naming convention and communication protocol (for example, AS2, FTP, SFTP, database connection, etc.). The application can be configured to schedule receiving or sending files to defined locations. The NN - Gateway scales to accommodate large numbers of monitored locations and very large volumes.  |
