Perfect Order: Phase 1 Complete!

This state-of-the-art solution will allow customers to submit electronic orders to their suppliers and to have those orders be checked for errors and modified as needed while communicating any corrections back to the customer, allowing a seamless shipment and discrepancy-free invoice to follow.

CPDN & ThoughtSpeed™ Extend Partnership Agreement

The Canadian Pharmaceutical Distribution Network (CPDN) and ThoughtSpeed™ eCommerce Ltd. are pleased to announce the extension of their 7-year partnership agreement for an additional three years with a mutual 2-year option past September 2018. Since June 2009, ThoughtSpeed™ has provided its “web-facing” Order Management System portal to every hospital in Canada for CPDN and its 22 independent drug manufacturer members. Since that time, over $5 Billion of pharmaceutical orders have been processed and application service availability has been in excess of +99.999 percent. ThoughtSpeed™, working with CPDN’s other strategic partner, Lynden International Logistics, has provided CPDN with an enviable industry best practice solution.

Accessed at over 1000 locations in over 800 hospitals, ThoughtSpeed™’s eHealthSys™ provides users with real-time inventory, order validation, contract pricing and order tracking visibility. Orders can be placed using EDI, electronic upload from legacy systems as well as manual input. Sophisticated real-time reporting, analytics and dashboards are available through ad-hoc report generation. Reports can be produced to provide up to 12 months of order activity on demand.
