Business to Business Integration

Web Services

The web services client and server provide a mechanism for creating a secure communication channel between back end systems (financial, ERP, OMS, etc.) and online services such as TS Link™. Web services uses the xml protocol and SSL to provide a secure, reliable channel for data transfer between applications.

Examples of functions that can be configured in Web services are:

  • Sales Orders
  • Order confirmations
  • Stock Checks and Inventory updates
  • Price updates
  • Product updates
  • Account updates

Nn - Gateway

This business to business integration application acts as a bi-directional translator and communication controller between applications, whether in xml, EDI or flat file documents. It automatically and continually monitors specified locations for an xml/EDI/Flat file (orders, inventory, customer information, product pricing, etc.), uploads and translates the file to a defined format (xml/EDI/Flat file) using configurable schema and then posts the file to a specified location, using a predefined naming convention and communication protocol (for example, AS2, FTP, SFTP, database connection, etc.).

The application can be configured to schedule receiving or sending files to defined locations. The Nn Gateway scales to accommodate large numbers of monitored locations and very large volumes.
